No tracking-cookie obstacle course.

OutDoing does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Approximate visitor measurement and device-local saved events use a small amount of browser storage.

What is stored

NamePurposeDuration
outdoing-visitorA random first-party identifier used only to estimate aggregate visits and returning visitors. It cannot be used across other sites.90 days.
outdoing-saved-eventsRemembers the event identifiers you choose to save on this device.Until you unsave them or clear this site’s browser data.

The visitor cookie supports limited, privacy-conscious measurement of the public preview. Saved events use local storage and are not sent to OutDoing.

What is not stored

The public preview does not use advertising pixels, session replay or cross-site identifiers. It records limited first-party measurements and derives a short pseudonymous code from the random visitor cookie. It does not include search words, precise location or error-message contents. Approximate location is held only in memory during the current page visit and is not written to local storage.

External services

Opening the map loads map software and tiles from external providers. Following an event or booking link takes you to a third-party site, which may use its own cookies under its own notice. OutDoing does not control those sites.

Why there is no banner

A consent banner would add noise without giving you a meaningful choice: the public preview uses limited first-party measurement without advertising, session replay or cross-site tracking. If advertising or another non-essential technology is added later, it must remain off until the appropriate choice and information are provided.

Clearing saved events

Remove individual events from your Saved list, or clear this site’s stored data in your browser settings. Doing so does not affect bookings made on external websites.
