These terms describe what the OutDoing public preview does, where its responsibility ends and what you should check before making plans.
What OutDoing provides
OutDoing is a discovery service that gathers and organizes public information about events, classes and experiences. It does not currently sell tickets, process payments, run the listed events or act as an agent for organisers.
Check before you go
Event times, prices, availability, accessibility and cancellation details can change. OutDoing tries to show the source and the date information was checked, but you should confirm important details on the organiser or booking page before travelling or paying.
External services
Links may open websites operated by organisers, venues, maps or booking platforms. Their terms, privacy practices, charges and refund policies apply to your dealings with them. A source or organiser label explains provenance; it is not an endorsement or safety guarantee.
Your use of OutDoing
Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass security, scrape it in a way that harms the service, submit misleading material, impersonate another person or infringe anyone’s rights. Organiser submissions must be accurate and must not include material you have no right to share.
Content and trademarks
The OutDoing design, original copy and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Event names, provider logos, photographs and third-party descriptions belong to their respective owners and are used to identify or describe the linked event or service.
Availability and responsibility
The prototype may change, pause or contain errors. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including responsibility for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those rights, OutDoing is not responsible for an organiser’s event, an external website, or losses caused by relying on information you could reasonably have confirmed at source.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain unaffected. Material changes will be dated on this page.
